Studium Generale invites you to take part

Welcome to Studium Generale, the scientific discussion platform of the University of Utrecht. Meet famous scientists of all academic disciplines, enter into a debate with thinkers and hear writers reveal their inner motives. Studium Generale offers lectures, symposia and debates to students, teachers and anyone interested in science and the arts and the way they are related. All our activities are free and open to anyone without prior reservation. Make your selection of individual lectures, talks or discussions or attend a whole series of activities covering a subject form the angle of different disciplines. Or watch our activities online!

Every activity is broadcasted live through the Internet and you can watch them again afterwards. You will find most of our activities in the evening in the University Aula at Domplein in Utrecht or during lunch time at the University Library in De Uithof.
