Dr. Jeremy Howick is a senior researcher at the Nuffield Department of Primary Health Care Sciences at Oxford University, and senior research associate at the Faculty of Philosophy at Oxford University.

He investigates the methodology and philosophy of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), which culminated in a book titled The Philosophy of Evidence-based Medicine(Blackwell-Wiley, 2011).
